The Perfecting Soup Stock demo gives our chef a chance to teach you how to make stock from underutilized scraps and bones. Learn how to use parts of ingredients that would normally go to waste to make a delicious soup! Our poultry demo will show you how to use all of the parts of a chicken to reduce all waste!
